Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration
To open an account on the ck99l platform, you must provide accurate and complete information. The registration process may include your name, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. Registering with false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 Login Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You will be solely responsible for any activity carried out from your account.

3.3 One Person, One Account
Multiple accounts operated from the same household or IP address may be subject to review depending on the circumstances. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them may be closed and bonuses may be forfeited.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds on the ck99l platform:

4.2 Withdrawals
The following conditions apply to withdrawing earned funds:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawal processing time: generally 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- ck99l reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.
Withdrawal processing may take longer than usual in relevant circumstances (such as during the verification process).
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
ck99l offers new players a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,200. Or deposit ৳26,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳41,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — excluding the deposit amount).
Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms.
- A bonus applies only once per account.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, ck99l reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.
- Bronze, Silver, and Gold cashback benefits for VIP players apply separately.
- When a bonus expires, it will be cancelled automatically.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Operation
Slot games, live casino, cricket betting, Blocky Block, esports betting, and various casino games are available on the ck99l platform. All games are operated by third-party providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe). The software and result-determination processes of these providers follow a fair play policy.
6.2 Betting Rules
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, ck99l may cancel the related bet.
- For sports betting, bets will be settled after the official result is announced.
- Any attempt to gain an advantage through fraudulent methods will result in winnings being voided.
6.3 Game Errors
If a technical error or incorrect odds are displayed in any game, the related bet will be considered void. Winnings obtained under erroneous circumstances are not claimable.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck99l platform:
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Attempting to gain unfair advantage by exploiting the bonus system (bonus abuse).
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Attempting hacking, phishing, or any other form of cyber attack.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor (under 21 years of age).
- Including false or misleading information in submitted details.
- Fraudulent collusion with other users.
If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Suspension by ck99l
ck99l reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of the Terms.
- Providing a false identity or age.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
- Compliance with directions from legal authorities.
8.2 Account Closure by the User

8.3 Voluntary Break

Limitation of Liability

- Losses caused by technical issues, server downtime, or internet connection problems.
